    Description

    This is a lot of vintage, World War 2 U.S. Navy Officer's Insignia, consisting of two ranks and dress gold plated buttons.
    I had purchased these at the estate sale of a former U.S. Navy Doctor.
    There are two dress shoulder boards for the rank of medical officer, Lieutenant, and two dress shoulder boards for Lieutenant Commander Medical Officer.
    There are also 5 gold plated dress buttons with the Naval Eagle on them. There are four for the shirt buttons, and a smaller one for the front pocket. To put these on the regular buttons were removed and replaced with these Navy buttons.
    The buttons were made by The Waterbury Button Company in Connecticut.
    The condition of all is very nice.
