VINTAGE RARE WWII HANDMADE WOOD PROPELLER PLAQUE MILITARY ARMY AIR CORPS 24 INCH

What a unique find this one is. This is WWII era US Army Air Corps wood propeller plaque. It has the lieutenant's name on the back and on the front it has the names of cities and air force bases?
The front also has "U.S." and the Air Corps insignia in some type of metal. The propeller plaque measures 24" long and 4" wide at it's widest point. The wood and lettering do have wear as you can see in the pictures.
