Reading, MA Welcomed WWII Troops Home With Parade, Luncheon, Ball - 11/11/46

Here is the “Welcome Home” booklet for WWII servicemen and women returning to Reading, Mass., following World War II. The booklet, dated Nov. 11, 1946,  is 6 by 9 inches and has 20 pages.
Contents include a proclamation and a schedule of events (parade, luncheon, football game and military ball). There is a list of those who paid the ultimate price, plus a lengthy roster of those who served (about 1,300, including at least 60 women), along with a compilation of military honors winners.
The booklet is in very good overall condition, having no rips or tears. All pages are stapled in place.
NOTE:
There are a few scuffs and stains.
