Laminar Flow Hood with Workspace Mycology Lab Equipment

This is my homemade laminar flow hood with flanders dimple pleat HEPA filter 2’ x 4’. Research these dimple pleats…they are extremely high efficiency. Blower is a Hyperfan 8” with speed control. Double prefilter and fluorescent lamp attached. The workspace is included also and as long as you work on the surface (6” from filter) you can be certain you are working in 100% clean air. I haven’t used this setup that much, it probably has 12 hours of run time. I spent a lot of time making this setup, and never lost a dish once. Works like a charm. 120V power for the fan. There is some minor blemishes on the filter that do not affect performance.
